Delivery and Returns

Standard delivery is only available for delivery to mainland UK (excludes Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland, Eire and the Channel Islands). See “Highlands and Islands” for delivery to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland. All deliveries will require a signature.

Delivery to Eire and the Channel Islands can be arranged and shipping costs will be quoted on a per order basis.

Deliveries are conducted by third party carriers. Therefore, whilst we will endeavour for your goods to be delivered in accordance with the stated delivery schedules, these cannot be guaranteed.

Standard Delivery* – Mainland UK – 4 to 7 Working Days

All 20kg and 25kg bags and 10kg to 20kg tubs of repair mortar and all PUMA Rapid products will incur an individual carriage fee of £8.50 + VAT per bag/tub. Please contact us for half and full pallet rates.

On all helical bar products, a FREE delivery service on all orders having a value greater than £500.00 (excluding VAT). For orders having a value less than £500.00 (excluding VAT) a carriage fee of £8.50 + VAT per line will be levied. Goods will be sent by a national carrier on their 4-7 working day standard service and will be covered by their standard terms and conditions.

On all other items a carriage fee of £8.50 plus VAT for every 0.01 to 10 kilograms/litres will be levied.

Where orders contain a combination of product types the carriage fee will be calculated by combining their appropriate shipping rates.

Express Delivery* – Mainland UK – 1 to 3 Working Days

An express dispatch option is available for mainland UK on all orders received and paid for by 10am.

All 20kg and 25kg bags and 10kg to 20kg tubs of repair mortar and all PUMA Rapid products will incur an individual carriage fee of £14.50 + VAT per bag/tub. Please contact us for half pallet and full pallet rates.

For helical bar products, where the order value exceeds £500.00 (excluding VAT), a fee of £8.50 + VAT per line will be levied for this express service and where the order value is less than £500.00 (excluding VAT) a carriage fee of £14.50 + VAT per line will be levied. Goods will be dispatched the same day and sent by a national carrier on their express delivery service (1-3 working days) and will be covered by their standard terms and conditions.

On all other products, a carriage fee of £14.50 plus VAT for every 0.01 to 10 kilograms/litres will be levied.

Where orders contain a combination of product types the carriage fee will be calculated by combining their appropriate shipping rates.

Highlands and Islands* – Standard Delivery Only – 4 to 7 Working Days

All 20kg and 25kg bags and 10kg to 20kg tubs of repair mortar and all PUMA Rapid products will incur an individual carriage fee of £19.95 + VAT per bag/tub. Please contact us for pallet rates.

Shipping costs for delivery of helical bar products will be quoted on a per order basis. Please call 0333 210 1410.

On all other items a carriage fee of £19.95 plus VAT for every 0.01 to 10 kilograms/litres will be levied.

Where orders contain a combination of product types the carriage fee will be calculated by combining their appropriate shipping rates.

Customer Responsibility

It is important that the customer ensures that all the delivery details are correct and that the customer or someone acting for the customer can sign for the delivery. Steadfast Specialist Products accept no liability for failed deliveries because of incorrect delivery details or the absence of any authorised signatory. Steadfast Specialist Products will attempt delivery to the recipient between the hours of between 8am and 6pm. If no one is available to receive the delivery an attempt may be made to leave the item with a neighbour. Alternatively, the carrier may return the item to the sorting office and leave a calling card at the recipient’s address to advise of the attempted delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange to collect the item from the depot or to arrange re-delivery with the carrier. Returns

Standard items returned and received in their original condition and packaging, in unopened, re-saleable condition, and within 14 days of delivery, will be accepted for exchange or refund**, subject to a 20% restocking fee. The buyer will be responsible for the original shipping costs incurred and the shipping cost of returning the goods, and should ensure the items are adequately insured while in transit to us. You should phone our Customer Services department on 0333 210 1410 to get details of the address to which to return goods. Please note that it may take up to 21 days for items to be checked and any refund processed.

** For environmental reasons including the reduction of waste, coloured mortars are mixed on a per order basis using calibrated equipment. Therefore, any orders of over 25kg of the same colour will not be accepted for exchange or refund. To ensure correct colour matching we recommend purchasing the relevant Colour Sample Tray or sending us a sample of the material that you wish to match.

Unless faulty, custom colour matched and bespoke items will not be accepted for exchange or refund.

Where the goods are being returned because they are faulty or are not the goods that were ordered then, subject to the goods being returned in re-saleable condition, Steadfast Specialist Products will refund the cost of return shipping.
