Polyac© RAPID is a pioneering PMMA/PUMA, decorative, waterproof coating system for walkways, balconies and stairwells.

It is durable, anti-slip, chemical resistant and suitable for pedestrian trafficked areas.

Polyac RAPID is a fast curing, methyl methacrylate based waterproof and protective resin coating system that allows pedestrian traffic 30 minutes after final coat.
The systems range from a simple waterproof, decorative coating to a highly elastic system that allows for movement and provides crack-bridging and additional UV and wear resistance.

The versatile products that make up the Polyac Rapid systems can be applied to new and old concrete, asphalt, metal, wood, tiles and existing methyl methacrylate coatings.

Liquid applied elastomeric membranes are applied to protect the surface against chemical influence and/ or water infiltration. If necessary, the membrane can be combined with a puncture resistant or trafficable wear layer to protect the waterproofing membrane.

Polyac® BDM-M, uses PUMA technology, a hybrid of polyurethane (PU) and methyl methacrylate (MMA). It is a highly reactive liquid, easy to apply, waterproofing membrane. Polyac® BDM-M forms an elastic membrane of very high durability even at low temperatures.

The above systems serve as a guide to typical installations. Every project has individual requirements and therefore the system adopted can be adjusted to suit.

NB. The durability and longevity increase with each system.

Other systems are available for footbridges, car parks, waterproof roofs and green roofs.
